Group Support


You're Not Alone in This

Our group sessions bring together people who are going through similar experiences. In these groups, you can:

We have groups for:

  • Those who've recently lost someone (0-6 months ago)

  • People adjusting to life after loss (6+ months)

  • Those who've lost a parent

  • Those who've lost a partner

  • Individuals experiencing the loss of a child

  • Those who’ve lost a sibling
