11 years without you has felt like an eternity,

Yet, it also feels like just yesterday when I last saw your face,

Heard your voice,

Felt your touch,

Smelled your aroma,

11 years without you,

And I haven’t got a clue how I’ve made it this far,

But somehow, I’ve managed,

I’ve managed to confront life each day,

On the difficult days,

On the brighter days,

 And on the in-between days,

11 years without you has felt like an eternity,

And somehow, I’ve managed to survive 11 years without you.
